9 Reasons you can’t miss the Selena Fan Gathering in Los Angeles

It’s March again, such a sad, yet unforgettable month for each and every one of the Selena Quintanilla fans in the world –myself included. This year marks the 20th anniversary since our beloved “Queen of Tex Mex” passed away in 1995 on March 31st.

But it’s not the time to sit around and mope (though, it’s OK and totally understandable); in fact, it calls for the celebration of a great legacy that was left behind.

One city that knows how to throw a tribute fiesta with all the honors is Los Angeles, Calif., which thanks to Roger Gomez, founder of LoveSelena.com, will be hosting the 2nd annual #SelenaFanGathering  on Sat. March 28th.

“The whole reason for us to get together is to remember and honor Selena and pay respect to her music and life,” Gomez told me last year when he launched the event.
