Marco de la O Opens Up On Why He Doesn’t Judge ‘El Chapo’ Guzman [VIDEO]
Marco de la O returns as Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman in the third and final season of the popular series, El Chapo. Although excited for his leading role, portraying one of the biggest drug kingpins in history hasn’t come easy for the 39-year-old Mexican actor.

In an interview with PulsoPOP, Marco explained that one of his biggest challenges, besides gaining weight for the role, was understanding and getting inside the mind of “El Chapo.” He even admitted that he doesn’t judge his character because as an actor it was not professional.
The 3rd season of El Chapo, which counts with 13 episodes and a cast that includes Iran Castillo, Marcela Mar, and Moises Arizmendi, airs at 10 p.m. ET from Monday to Friday on Univision.
