MAAHEZ’s Sensual Urban Track ‘Papeles’ Highlights The Nueva Escuela Of Latin Music [EXCLUSIVE PREMIERE]
The new face of urban music wraps up in a magical production that’s three minutes and 39 seconds called “Papeles.”
Premiering exclusively on PulsoPOP, Cuban-born, Miami-raised, and LA-based DJ/Producer, Maahez, presents his latest urban bop, featuring a fresh wave of Latin artists.
In his sensual reggaeton-meets-hip-hop-meets-tropical-house track, Maahez counts with a melting pot of collaborations, including Spanish singer and musician Alej, Dominican-American singer and dancer, Yashua, and rising dancehall and trap artist from Honduras, Menor Menor. They are joined by Latin trap pioneer, Lary Over, who’s half Puerto Rican, half Salvadorian.
The music video, directed by Jorge Martinez and Claudia Fernandes in Miami, Fla., sheds light on the nueva escuela you’d want to keep on your radar in 2019.
