Los Fabulosos Cadillacs Make Comeback With New Studio Album
Los Fabulosos Cadillacs make their comeback with a new studio album titled “La Salvación de Solo y Juan” (The Salvation of Solo and Juan). This is the first album in 17 years that the iconic Argentine band drops with original material.
Its 14 songs immerse us in a three-act story of the brothers Solo and Juan Clementi. The first act was unveiled on April 22 with the release of the first official single “La Tormenta” (The Storm), and the tracks “Averno, El Fantasma” (Avernus, The Phantasm), “No Era Para Vos” (It Wasn’t For You) and “Navidad” (Christmas). These four songs hooked us on this thrilling story and heralded the long-awaited return of one of Latin American rock’s most influential and groundbreaking bands.

The songs of La Salvación de Solo y Juan are written by band vocalist Vicentico and bass player Flavio Cianciarulo. Production was handled by the Venezuelan maestro Héctor Castillo, who is known for his work with Gustavo Cerati. Principal recording took place in Buenos Aires with additional sessions in New York City. The band’s lineup for this album is: Vicentico, Sergio Rotman, Fernando Ricciardi, Señor Flavio, Mario Siperman, and Dany Lozano, along with Vicentico’s son Florián Fernández Capello and Señor Flavio’s son Astor Cianciarulo.
To spread the word about this remarkable record and to celebrate their 30 years as a band, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs are launching an international tour, with two new members who carry the band in their blood – the aforementioned Florián (guitar) and Astor (bass and drums).
