Karen Rodriguez pays tribute to Latina artists in new single ‘Reinas’
Karen Rodriguez, known for becoming the first bilingual finalist on “American Idol” during season 10, has paid tribute to some of the most respectable Latina women in the biz. The singer, songwriter, who recently slayed with her Spanglish cover of Adele’s “Hello,” presents her most recent jam titled “Reinas: A Tribute To Latina Women in History.”

“In honor of Women’s History Month, I partnered with Spotify and created this medley of amazing Latina women in music!,” she expressed. “These are the ‘Reinas’ I grew up listening to, and I’m so excited for you guys to hear this tribute!,” she added.
The nearly 10-minute medley, already available on Spotify and for download on iTunes, pays homage to artists such as Selena Quintanilla, Jennifer Lopez, Celia Cruz, Olga Tañon, Jenni Rivera and more. Listen to it below, it’s all the rage!
