Julieta Venegas Launches New Vibrant Album ‘Algo Sucede’

Julieta Venegas is ecstatic with her new album “Algo Sucede,” the seventh studio album released after her 2013 production “Momentos.”

The Mexican songstress, who began working on her album in 2014, describes her mew musical production as an album “with many colors, bright, agile and that simply flowed.”

“There’s a great variety of nostalgic themes, full of emotions that go all sorts of ways. Life can always surprise you in a wonderful way or can give you a positive lesson,” Venegas states of the 12 new tracks found in the album, which were recorded in Mexico and Argentina.

The Grammy winning artist shared her excitement on Instagram with the following message:

“Me encanta poder compartir con ustedes el que ya tengo el disco en las manos! Tengo muchas ganas de compartirlo, que ya lo escuchen, que esas historias les cuenten algo. Es el trabajo de mucha gente y por fin lo tengo en las manos!!! Gracias!! @yamilrezc @anniaezquerro @perroconsed dorian, y uff, tantas personas más los quiero! Gracias! #algosucede”
