Ileana a.k.a PG-13, who just so happens to be the little sister of both Rene Perez Joglar (Residente) and Eduardo Cabra Martinez (Visitante), is now kicking off her solo career —how freaking awesome is that?
The 26-year-old Puerto Rican songstress dropped the news via her Twitter page, where she wrote: “I want to announce that I’m working on what will be my first album. Soon I’ll let you know more 🙂 #Ilevitable.”
She also unveiled her official website link and YouTube channel, where she’s already teased fans with a 40-second video clip of what’s to come.
“When I sing and interpret a song, I try to reach that special place within a song. Then, little by little, I let myself fit into the music,” she says in the clip.
We’re not only ones ecstatic with Ile’s huge news. Many artists, including her big brother Residente and Uruguayan trova singer Jorge Drexler, have showed their support.
