Gilberto Santa Rosa Reveals The Most Emblematic Songs Of His Career, Presents New Album [VIDEO]
Gilberto Santa Rosa officially celebrates more than 40 years in the industry with the release of his live album, 40…Y Contando En Vivo Desde Puerto Rico, a record that captures one of the most magical nights of his career – his February 17, 2018, concert at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan.
In this production, which is available now in digital and CD formats, Santa Rosa delivers one of his best and most diverse performances, interpreting 17 songs from his extensive body of work, such as “Dejate Querer,” “Que Alguien Me Diga,” and “La Agarro Bajando.”
In addition to some emblematic features in his set, Santa Rosa pays tribute to the late Cuban singer-songwriter and percussionist Justin Barreto with his version of Barreto’s song “Atrevida,” featuring the 79-year-old tropical singer Paquito Guzmán.
El Caballero de la Salsa will kick of June with a nine-date tour in Europe, where he will visit fans in The Netherlands, Spain, and more. Learn more about “40 y Contando” and his tour below!
