Feid is one of the most promising Colombian artists deriving from the new wave of Latin urban music. Although he’s been making music for a while now, it wasn’t until he collaborated with J Balvin in the 2016 single Que Raro that he became a household name. Since, he’s dropped songs with artists such as Nacho and most recently a magical tune called Perfecta featuring Greeicy.
In an exclusive interview with PulsoPOP, the 25-year-old singer explained how he stepped out of his comfort zone with his new single.
“It was the first time that I wrote verses for a song. It’s only an intro, a chorus, and Greeicy’s verse—an experiment that I did from start to end,” he said of the less than 3-minute long song. “People complained that it was too short but that’s what I wanted—for people to play it over and over again and it happened to me.”
He took the risk of dropping the song and now he’s obsessed with is—as are we!
