The 48-year-old roquero from Zaragoza, Spain is the latest Latin artist to have an unplugged session on the popular music network —joining the bandwagon with artists such as Shakira, Soda Stereo, La Ley, Zoe, Juanes and Los Tigres del Norte. According to Billboard, the former Heroes del Silencio frontman will perform the acoustic set in Mexico City on September 1st.
Bunbury, who is known for his distinctive voice in hit singles such as “Lady Blue” and “Entre Dos Tierras,” has stated in the past that some artists are unable to stay relevant and can’t connect with a new generation. “There are few artists who can make that connection with different generations,” he said.
On behalf of ALL generations, we’re 100 percent sure that’s not your case, Sr. Bunbury!
