DJ Kass Is Bringing Dembow To The Forefront With His Viral Hit ‘Scooby Doo Papa’ [VIDEO]
Never in a million years did New York-based DJ Kass think that one of his songs would become a worldwide success but it did and now it’s giving hits such as Despacito a run for its money. Born in the Dominican Republic but raised in the Bronx, Kass is making the rounds with his single Scooby Doo Papa—a dembow song that has everyone lit.
DJ Kass dropped the song in September 2017 after his friends encouraged him to release it. It wasn’t until late 2017/beginning 2018 that it caught fire after renowned influencers Lele Pons and Inanna Sarkis did a couple of skits featuring the song.

Scooby Doo Papa became an instant comienza fiestas and now everyone—including yourself (don’t lie)—is dancing it. We caught up with the DJ in Miami who talked to us about his hit song and the remix featuring Pitbull. Check out our interview below:
