It’s National Tequila Day and we celebrate with four delicious and easy-to-make cocktails. Grab your lemon, salt and drink up!
Twisted Bocktail

Just as its name suggests, this beer cocktail highlights provides a refreshing twist by combining Tres Agaves Reposado’s wonderfully fresh taste with lemon and a splash of Hefeweisen.
- 1 ¼ parts Tres Agaves Reposado
- ¾ part Lemon
- ½ part Cointreau
- ½ part Simple Syrup
- Hefeweisen
Combine all ingredients minus the beer; shake and strain into a highball. Top with beer and garnish with lemon.

CRUZ Reposado’s smooth and soft palate compliments the tart yet fresh tasting concoction that has just the right sized pinch of heat to tantalize your senses in the heat of July.
- 1 ¾ parts CRUZ Reposado Tequila
- ¾ part Lime
- ¾ part Honey Water
- 2-3 pieces Green Pepper
- Dash of Cayenne
Shake and strain into a lowball glass rimmed with a cayenne, sea salt and white pepper rim.
Watermelon Crush

Tres Agaves Blanco’s silky texture compliments the watermelon and hibiscus syrup incorporated into this beautifully light libation.
- 2 parts Tres Agaves Blanco
- 3-4 pieces Watermelon
- ½ part Hibiscus Syrup (Boil hibiscus tea; once hot, add in equal parts white sugar to the tea and let dissolve)
- ¾ part Lime Juice
- ½ part Coconut Water
Muddle watermelon and combine all ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball. Garnish with a thin watermelon slice.

This recipe features CRUZ’s limited edition Añejo; the gentle yet rich profile gives the classic Negroni a new twist, providing a unique way to enjoy tequila on its special day.
- 1 part CRUZ Añejo Tequila
- ¾ part Cynar
- ½ part Punt e Mes
- ½ part Carpano Antica
- Chocolate Bitters
Stir all ingredients and serve up with an orange twist.
