Surprise! Carlos Vives announces first-ever live CD + DVD production

Carlos Vives has just made each and every one of his fans extremely happy after making a special announcement via his Instagram account.

The Colombian singer revealed a new album is on its way and it has his 1 million followers on Instagram (and fans elsewhere) going absolutely berserk.

“On August 7^th, the day of my birthday, I’ll be releasing my first live project; ‘Carlos Vives: Mas Corazon Profundo Tour En Vivo desde La Bahia Santa Marta’ available in CD and CD + DVD format. Soon enough I’ll share more details! #VivesEnVivo”,   he said on the social media platform.

Fans who did not have a chance to catch Vives during his “Mas + Corazon Profundo Tour” don’t need to worry, because the upcoming production can make up for it!

“Carlos Vives: Mas Corazon Profundo Tour En Vivo desde La Bahia Santa Marta” will include extra, never-before-seen footage from behind the scenes of the tour and exclusive interviews with the artist and members of “La Provincia.”

In addition, the release will include a new version of the Carlos Vives anthem, “La Tierra del Olvido 2015,” where he invited some of Colombia’s biggest artists such as Fanny Lu, Maluma,Fonseca, Andrea Echeverri, Coral Group, Cholo Valderama, andHerencia de Timbiqui to join him in this new version of the song dedicated to Colombia.
