The new Marvel superhero flick, premiering December 21st, stars Jason Momoa as Aquaman and Amber Heard as Mera, the fierce warrior who follows Aquaman throughout his journey.

Pulso POP reporter Jose Alberto Torres sat down with Heard to talk about the movie but most importantly the message behind the film.
“There are many important messages but I think people like these movies so much because they talk about topics that we share in humanity,” Heard told PulsoPOP. She also mentioned how she wants her fearless and knowledgeable character to empower women. “She made Aquaman! I love that she’s so powerful and represents a superhero.”
