Jesse & Joy Explain How ‘Mañana Es Too Late’ Collab with J Balvin Was Born [VIDEO]
Following the success of their last song “Te esperé”, siblings Jesse & Joy are more than ready to present their long awaited new single “Mañana es Too Late,” performed side by side with one of the most popular figures in the Latin Urban movement, J Balvin.
This new single is a song that captures the essence and characteristics of one of the most successful duos in the music scene worldwide. The original track was written by Jesse, Joy Huerta and Poo Bear (David Guetta, Matoma, Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey), and produced by Jesse Huerta and Charlie Heat(Kanye West, Madonna, Ty Dolla Sign).
This is a song that invites us to live in the moment and to make the most of every breath throughout our lives, while reminding us of the intense adrenaline we feel when we fall in love. “Mañana es Too Late” is a track that honors Jesse & Joy’s Latin roots but always stays true to the unmistakable sound of the Mexican American duo, adding the special touch that J Balvin brings to every song.

The video, directed by Dano Cerny (responsible for successful videos for artists like “Galantis” and “The Chainsmokers” amongst others) presents a refined audiovisual experience that perfectly captures the synergy between these artists, who in between reflections and lights leave their personalities projected on the screen, and it is these personalities that will make an instant classic out of this song.
From the very beginning, brother and sister Jesse & Joy have been supporting causes like the fight for the rights of millions of immigrants in the United States with UnidosUS (previously known as NCLR), animal welfare with PETA, and gender equality amongst other important causes in the world today. With millions of followers on social media and thousands of millions of streams worldwide, the siblings use their global platform to speak in the name of those you can’t.
The Mexican duo has been the recipient of multiple important awards like the American GRAMMY for their latest album “Un Besito Más,” six Latin GRAMMY, and 4 golden and silver seagull awards from the Viña del Mar music festival, all honors that give these talented artists great influence in the Latin music industry.
