Antonio Barullo Talks J. Alvarez, Flex & ‘Disfruta La Vida’ | VIDEO
From growing up in a family of musicians to winning a Latin Grammy, Antonio Barullo is no new face in the biz. Barullo, a Spaniard of gypsy origins, has been singing since the age of 12 and is one of the most loved and popular artists in his native country.

His successful career, includes his most recent single titled “Disfruta La Vida” featuring urban artists J. Alvarez and Flex, which nabbed the No. 1 sport on the Billboard Tropical Charts.
“The song is very urban, and it has my Spanish accent, it’s inevitable,” he told PulsoPOP, saying that he’s been wanting to fuse flamenco with urban music for a long time. “I’ve always been attracted to that genre of music and I wanted to discover it.”
Barullo, who added that he was surrounded by urban experts in the process, also revealed that the collaboration with both the Puerto Rican and Panamanian stars happened in the most natural way one day that they all met at the recording studio.
A vibrant and fun video, filmed in Cuba and starring the three artists, is already making the rounds. “The video says it all just by watching it,” Barullo said. “It was an incredible experience. We went to film in Cuba because of the climate and the ambience,” he said of the music clip which gives great vibes.

Although he didn’t give much details, Barullo said he’s working on a 2nd single, which will also have a hint of urban music.
