Premios Estrellas Digitales: Influencers Share Their Biggest Success Secrets [VIDEOS]

For the second consecutive year, some of the top influencers on social media gathered at the Premios Estrellas Digitales in Miami, Fla.

The awards show, which was held on May 31st at the James L. Knight Center, honored actors, artists, journalists, and other public figures for their remarkable contributions in the entertainment and communications biz.

Some of the 2018 winners included: Zuleyka Rivera (Imagen Influencer of the Year), Jackie Guerrido (Radio Influencer of the Year), Alejandro Nones (Actor Influencer of the Year), Marko Musica (Original Instagram Content of the Year), Lilly Goodman (Inspirational Influencer of the Year), and Nacho (Consecrated Artist Influencer of the Year).

PulsoPOP chit-chatted with some of the honorees of the night at the red carpet and even got the influencers to share their biggest success tips. In a gist: it’s much for than having lots of followers!

“Just be yourself,” said Russel Horning a.k.a. The Backpack Kid, who won Viral Dance of the Year. “When you act like yourself and people follow you, they will start following you,” he said.

Influencer Personality of the Year, Chikybombom La Pantera, agreed. “Authenticity is key,” she told PulsoPOP. “The one-minute videos may seem short but it’s an entire production. Personally, there’s times that I don’t feel in the mood to create content but I do it because I know there are people who depend on me,” she admitted.
