Nicky Jam unveils story behind his duet with Enrique Iglesias | VIDEO
The New Urban Movement panel that formed part of the 2015 Billboard Latin Music Conference can prove that panels are not boring. In fact, this panel, hosted by radio personality Alex Sensation, included some of the hottest stars in the reggaeton biz such as J. Alvarez, Plan B, J. Balvin, Nicky Jam, Farruko and Justin Quiles. I mean, what more can we ask for?

The guys talked of the new movement of reggaeton and all agreed that 2015 is the year for the genre. In the midst of laughters and wise words, we came across Nicky Jam’s great anecdote on how his recent single “El Perdon” featuring Enrique Iglesias was born.
Here’s the gist: Iglesias was a fan of Nicky. When Nicky visit Spain for a show, Iglesias took the opportunity to call Nicky. They talked for about two hours, from 2a.m. to 4a.m. to be exact. Iglesias wanted to collaborate in “Travesuras,” but Nicky offered him “El Perdon.” Nicky also admitted that Iglesias says “dude” and “c’mon” a lot. Check out his great story in the video above!
